sizzling ! Carhartt Vintage Coveralls Brown

This appears to be a vintage Carhartt piece.

My husband bought this for our child about 15 years ago at a used clothing store.
It seems it didn't have a tab at the time.
I researched it because the logo mark is printed instead of embroidered, and it seems that the printing method was used in the early 70s to early 80s.
There's no tab and I don't know the size, but my child was in elementary school at the time, and was a little over 160cm tall.

Here are my amateur measurements:
Length: Approximately 150cm (the shoulder area has elastic)
Inseam: Approximately 70cm
Waist: Approximately 50cm x 2

I personally think it would fit a small man or a woman.

There are no tears, but there is assorted fraying at the hem.
The color has also faded overall.
It no longer fits, so it's been stored in the closet for a long time.

Brown seems to be a less common color to find, but I think it's a elegant color.
