Antique Vintage Wool Wood and Composition Putz "matchstick Legs" Sheep Ornament
Antique Vintage Wool Wood and Composition Putz matchstick Legs Sheep Ornament/stand-alone figurine Dimensions are 3 3/4 in length and 2.5 in Height. The wool-wrapped bodies and painted matchstick legs are hallmarks of early to mid 20th century 1920s-1950s so they could be antique, extremely likely vintage as the condition is pretty good so I'm thinking closer to the 1940's/50's. Please review all photos as it is a part of the description.This sheep stands but his back left leg has a little fracture so I would be gentle with him, it's under the wool so it's not something you can fix. He can always stand with some adjustment, but I prefer to hang him!He's grey with a green scarf, just adorable and in fabulous condition.
