Bauer Falcon Ice Hockey Skates sz9? (SH5)

Skates are in good shape. Will need to be sharpened again. Stamp on the Skates is very worn and hard to read for sizing. Looks like it says size 9. But they are not size 9. At most, maybe a size 8. I used a tape measure to show actual inner heel to toe measurements. Please reference that picture for sizing.
