I usually wear 24.5-25, but these felt a bit large, so I used latest Balance insoles.
I wore them once on a rainy day. Although I only wore them that one day, there is various dirt from the rain.
They have a lot of cushioning, so I felt they would be elementary on the knees.
They are waterproof and designed to be breathable.
