Vintage Oscar de la Renta silk scarf floral gladiolas purple violet turquoise
This listing is for a lovely Oscar de la Renta oblong scarf with gorgeous floral pattern featuring what appear to be gladiolas. Love the meandering pattern and slightly muted="muted" colors. I would date this piece back to the 1980's or so.The scarf is made of nice quality silk and drapes beautifully. There is a logo placed along one end and of the scarf but no tag. The edges are machine stitched, the ends have a short fringe. The measurements of this scarf are roughly 50 x 10”. The condition is good to fair. Structurally, there is slight puckering/thread separation in a few areas. Cosmetically there is some watermark like discoloration throughout, extremely pronounced in the middle section of the scarf. These issues have been considered in the pricing.
