Diablosport i3 please read the description below

Diablosport i3 platinum tuner I only have the power cord wire. I don’t have the one that hooks up to the vehicle device and wire is all that’s included. It says it is capable for vehicles from 2001 till 2016 GM models. The device is currently locked to another vehicle. It will cost $165 to buy a new license to unlock it.
