Gently used. It comes from a smoke free home. It comes in it's original box and packaging materials. It has the original brochure that came with it. There are a few places where there are some yellow spots on some of the glitter. I think it's due to age. You can hardly see them. But I felt that I should mention them. Otherwise, the tree is in excellent shape. It has all of the ball ornaments that it came with. 10 in all. It's approx. 10" tall. It takes 3 AAA batteries (batteries not included). The fiber optic lights change colors continuously. The music box plays beautifully "We wish you a Merry Christmas".
